Sonal Tiwari Set To Step Down As Company Secretary Of PI Industries

Sonal Tiwari, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of PI Industries Limited, has resigned to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the PI group, effective February 07, 2025.

Tiwari has 22 years of experience, including over 13 years with Bajaj Finserv Ltd., a Nifty 50 and Sensex company. Previously, she has also worked at Nuvama Wealth as a Group Company Secretary, at Rajkumar Forge Ltd. as a Company Secretary, and at Maharashtra State Seeds Corporation Ltd. as a Company Secretary. She has extensive knowledge of corporate and SEBI laws, handling matters such as company listings, RBI registration as an NBFC, and Corporate Governance. Tiwari holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in business & commerce from Amravati University. She has also studied ACS (Company Secretary) at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
