Sobha Ltd’s Company Secretary Vighneshwar Bhat Resigns

Vighneshwar G Bhat resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Sobha Limited with effect from October 19, 2023. Bhat, a member of ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) has 20 years of experience in Indian and multinational brands, in areas like Manufacturing, FMCG, Technology, and Real Estate, listed and Unlisted. Bhat provides counsel with deep insight and knowledge. His experience includes specialization in corporate secretarial & allied matters, incl. Mergers and Acquisition, handling the liquidation, buy-back, formation of joint ventures, SEBI & FEMA compliances, good governance practices & corporate compliance, implementation of policies, managing group companies including holding, subsidiary, NBFCs etc. Prior to Sobha, he worked with Schneider Electric President Systems, Britannia Industries Limited, Zuari Industries and Mangalore Electricity Supply Co Ltd. He has a master’s degree in commerce and a bachelor’s degree in law.
