SKF India Appoints Antonio Molle, Bastian Thomas & Magnus L. Prick As Non-Independent Directors

Antonio Molle, Bastian Thomas, and Magnus Lennart Prick have been appointed as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors on the Board of SKF India Limited, w.e.f. January 13, 2026. The appointments were approved on March 17, 2026.

Molle is currently the Global Operations Director of Automotive at SKF Group. He has over 30 years of experience and has been associated with SKF since 1994, working across operations and management roles in Italy and other regions. His experience includes due diligence for acquisitions and divestments, organisational restructuring, and plant operations. He has worked on transactions involving facilities in Europe and has overseen factory closures in France and South Korea. Molle holds a degree in mechanical engineering with a specialisation in heat transmission from the University of Cassino. He has also completed doctoral research on thermodynamic machines, focusing on gas turbines with heated expansion and cooled compression.

Thomas currently serves as Director and Head of Sales for the Americas, EMEA, and India at SKF Group, where he leads global account management, regional key accounts, application engineering, and customer experience functions. He has over 20 years of experience across supply chain, procurement, and research and development. Before joining SKF, he held roles at BMW Group, TQ Group, Volvo Cars, and Grammer AG, where he worked in leadership positions across global operations and supply chain functions. Thomas holds a degree in business engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering from the Munich University of Applied Sciences.

Prick currently serves as Head of Automotive Corporate Legal at SKF Group. He has over 15 years of experience in business law, covering corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, governance, and commercial contracts. Before this role, he was associated with Volvo Cars, Volvo Group, and Mannheimer Swartling, where he worked on legal and corporate advisory matters across industries. Prick holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a focus on corporate law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Gothenburg.
