Six New Independent Directors Join GMR Airports
Normand Boivin, Dr. Mathilde Lemoine, Salil Anil Gupte, Regis Sebastien Lacote, Christelle Florence Nicole Jacquemet de Robillard, and Matthieu Daubert have been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors (Additional Directors) of GMR Airports Limited, effective November 13, 2025.
Meanwhile, Suresh Lilaram Narang has resigned from the position of Independent Director due to personal reasons and other professional commitments, effective November 13, 2025.
Boivin is an aviation professional with extensive experience in airport operations and management. His career includes roles as Corporate Director at Avia-Alliance GmbH, Pangiam Inc., and Decasult, as well as President and Owner of KVNB Inc. He has also worked with PSPIB, Heathrow Airport Ltd., and Aéroports de Montréal, contributing to operational improvements and strategic projects. He has held leadership positions across global aviation organisations. Until July 2025, he served as Chief of Aviation at WSP Canada, leading the aviation branch and participating on the Global Aviation Committee. He has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and McMaster University, along with specialised training in airport policy and planning from MIT and the University of Westminster.
Dr. Lemoine is the Group Chief Economist at Edmond de Rothschild and a member of its Global Investment Committee. An international macroeconomist, she combines public policy experience with leadership roles in global companies. She is an Independent Director at CMA CGM and Eurazeo, bringing expertise in geoeconomics, financial markets, and economic transformation. Dr. Lemoine has participated in international negotiations, shaped economic strategy in the private sector, and served on the boards of Carrefour, Dassault Aviation, and NOL. She holds a Ph.D. in Economic Science from Sciences Po Paris and degrees in international economics from Université Paris-Dauphine, and taught international macroeconomics at Sciences Po Paris for more than 20 years.
Gupte is an aviation leader with degrees from Stanford University and Cornell University, holding an MBA and a bachelor’s in economics. He is currently President of Boeing India, where he built the company’s largest site outside the U.S. and expanded its workforce to 6,000 employees while driving major ecosystem investments, training infrastructure, logistics facilities, and defence platforms for India. Earlier, he led pricing, investments, and risk at Boeing Capital Corporation and held senior roles across Boeing’s services, supply chain, and strategy functions. His background also includes investment roles at Goldman Sachs and structured aircraft financing work at Citigroup.
Lacote has built a long career in airport operations and management. He began in 1998 at Roland Garros Airport as Head of Operations and Security before joining Groupe ADP’s Graduate Program in 2002. He later led ground handling services, managed operations at key terminals of Paris-Charles de Gaulle, and served as Director of Airport Operations at Paris-Orly. Lacote went on to head aeronautical areas at Charles de Gaulle and became Director of Paris-Orly in 2018. After serving as Director of Operations at GMR Airports in India, he was appointed Director of Paris-Charles de Gaulle in 2022 and later Executive Vice President for operations and innovation in 2025. He is also on the executive committees of Hologarde and CCS France and is a Knight of the National Order of Merit.
Jacquemet de Robillard began her career in 2010 at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance, working on cultural, media, and transport policy. She joined Groupe ADP in 2014 in financial control and, a year later, became head of financial steering. In 2017, she was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Paris-Orly Airport, followed by Director of Finance, Management, and Strategy for Groupe ADP in 2021. From March 2024 to March 2025, she served on the executive committee of Icade as Finance Director. She returned to Groupe ADP in April 2025 as Vice-President for Finance, Strategy, and Administration and a member of the General Management and Executive Committees.
Daubert has built his career across retail, customer experience, and airport commercial strategy. He began in strategy consulting in London in 1995 before joining Le Bon Marché in Paris, where he worked across sales, purchasing, and organisation. From 2002 to 2007, he served as collections manager at Printemps’ central purchasing office. In 2018, he was appointed Head of the Customer Division and joined the Executive Committee. In March 2025, he became Executive Vice-President for Retail and Hospitality and joined the General Management Committee. He serves on the Boards of multiple Groupe ADP joint ventures and subsidiaries, including Extime Duty Free Paris, Extime Food & Beverage Paris, Extime Media, and Extime Travel Essentials Paris.
