Sitaram Sharma Retires As Independent Director Of Andhra Paper

Sitaram Sharma shall cease to be an Independent Director of Andhra Paper Limited upon completion of his first term with effect from March 31, 2025.

Sitaram Sharma is an entrepreneur with experience in government relations, corporate strategy, general management, operations, and commercial functions. He is the Chairman of Mironda Group, which operates in metals trading, financing, and exports. He serves as a Director on the Boards of Mironda Minmetals Pvt. Ltd., RS Finance Pvt. Ltd., and Malvika Commercial Pvt. Ltd., and is the sole proprietor of M/s. Mercury International. He has been nominated to various committees by the Government of India and the Government of West Bengal. He has received civil awards from the Governments of Belarus and Japan. He is an author and an active member of multiple social organisations. He holds a commerce degree and a postgraduate qualification in business administration.
