Siraj Azmat Chaudhry Appointed As Independent Director At Sanofi India

Siraj Azmat Chaudhry has been appointed as an Independent Director (Additional Director) of Sanofi India Limited, commencing from April 1, 2026, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 70th annual general meeting (AGM).

Chaudhry served as Chairman of Cargill India from 2008 to 2018, where he led the expansion of its food business across edible oils, flour, and food ingredients, and worked on food fortification initiatives. He serves as an Independent Director on the Boards of Jubilant Ingrevia, Bikaji Foods International, and Triveni Engineering and Industries. He has over 35 years of experience, including two decades in leadership roles across the agriculture and food sector. He has been associated with FICCI and advisory councils linked to food and agriculture. Chaudhry holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a B.Com (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC).
