Simon Wiebusch Appointed Vice Chairman, MD & CEO of Bayer CropScience
Bayer CropScience announced the appointment of Simon Wiebusch as Vice Chairman, Managing Director and CEO with effect from 1st November 2023. He replaced Duraiswami Narain.
Simon started his career with Bayer in 1997 based at the company’s headquarters in Germany. He built his professional experience by leading diverse teams across functions and regions working within Germany, Eastern Europe and Asia. He has more than two decades of experience in the agriculture industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Applied Sciences in Essen, Germany, and an MBA from the University of Bradford.
