Shweta Agrawal Resigns As Company Secretary & Compliance Officer Of PTC India Financial Services

Shweta Agrawal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of PTC India Financial Services Limited (PFS), has tendered her resignation, effective November 30, 2024, as per her letter dated September 13, 2024.

Agrawal joined PFS in November 2022 after serving as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at the ISGEC Group. She began her professional career at Axiscades Engineering Technologies Limited, where she held the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer for over 16 years.

Agrawal is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a qualified Cost and Works Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
