Banerji has served on the Boards of Hewlett-Packard Company and HP Inc. since 2011 and is an Independent Director at Jio Platforms Ltd., as well as a board member of Reliance Industries Ltd. He also sits on the Boards of Felix Pharmaceuticals in Ireland and Chatham House’s Panel of Senior Advisers. Before entering consulting, he taught at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a PhD from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
