Shivakumar Subramaniam Appointed As CMD Of Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers

The Board of Directors of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited has approved the appointment of Shivakumar Subramaniam as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), effective February 13, 2026.

With Subramaniam’s appointment, the additional charge held by Nazhat J. Shaikh as CMD ceased w.e.f. February 13, 2026.

Subramaniam joined the company in 1998 as a Senior Officer in Finance and has over 27 years of experience in the fertiliser sector. He has handled treasury, taxation, corporate accounts, financial strategy, fertiliser policy, subsidy matters, ministry coordination, project evaluation, project financing, and joint venture investments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and an MBA in finance and is a certified Costing Module Consultant.
