Shikha Rastogi Exits As Company Secretary Of Shalimar Paints

Shikha Rastogi has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of Shalimar Paints Limited, effective December 2, 2024, to pursue new career opportunities.

Rastogi has previously held positions like Manager – Secretarial & Compliance at Panacea Biotec Limited, Company Secretary & Legal at HealthFore Technologies Ltd., and Assistant Company Secretary at Delhi Transco Ltd. She has earned a B.Com. (Hons.) degree from Daulat Ram College, Delhi University (DU); an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, DU; and a PG Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi; and she is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
