Shareholders approve Anil Kulkarni as ED & CEO of Prism Johnsons’ RMC Business

The Shareholders of Prism Johnson Limited approved the appointment of Anil Kulkarni as Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer of RMC business on 3rd August 2023. Anil Kulkarni was appointed for this post on 1st July 2023.

Anil Kulkarni brings with him 26 years of experience with in-depth business insight and knowledge of the Ready Mix Concrete industry. Earlier he worked with ACC Limited and UltraTech Cement Limited. Before joining Prism Johnson in 2022, his last assignment was with Infra Market where he held the position of ‘National Head – Concrete’. Kulkarni holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and has completed Post Graduation in Marketing.
