Shanthi Srikanth Transitions To CFO Role At Repco Home Finance

Shanthi Srikanth has tendered her resignation as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) on assuming her new assignment as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Repco Home Finance Limited with effect from November 20, 2024.

Srikanth is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and ACS (Inter). She has more than 29 years of experience in the BFSI sector, out of which 22 years of experience in two leading public sector banks and a private sector bank. She specialises in corporate credit, SME credit, retail credit, relationship management, recovery management, and enterprise-wide risk management. Srikanth is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce.
