Shalimar Paints’ CFO Davinder Dogra Resigns

Davinder Dogra has tendered his resignation from the post of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of Shalimar Paints Limited. Dogra will be relieved from his duties on September 30, 2023.

Dogra, a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of experience in areas such as Financial Planning, Auditing, MIS, Treasury, Taxation, System Implementation, Accounting, and General Administration. Prior to joining Shalimar, he served as the CFO of a listed FMCG company. This company is majority-owned by a leading American private equity firm, holding a 74% stake. The company primarily operates in the snack food industry and boasts an annual turnover exceeding 500 crores. Dogra has worked in a variety of sectors including Manufacturing, FMCG, Telecom, and Retail. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working with renowned organisations such as PepsiCo, Pernod Ricard, Airtel, Future Group, and DLF.
