
Shailesh Jejurikar To Succeed Jon Moeller As CEO Of Procter & Gamble
Procter & Gamble has appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) Shailesh Jejurikar as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 1, 2026. He will succeed Jon Moeller, who will step down from the same position effective January 1, 2026.
Moeller, who became CEO in 2021, will assume the role of Executive Chairman and advise the new CEO.
Previously, Jejurikar served as CEO of P&G’s Fabric & Home Care business. From 2016 to 2021, he was the Executive Sponsor for global sustainability. Over his career, he has led businesses across health & beauty, fabric care, and home care, consistently delivering strong results across markets in North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. As COO, he oversees P&G’s Enterprise Markets, spanning Latin America, India, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe, and leads functions including IT, Sales, Supply Chain, and New Business.
Moeller is Chairman of the Board, President, and CEO of Procter & Gamble. Since joining P&G in 1988 as a cost analyst, Jon has held senior roles across finance, operations, and global markets. He served as Chief Financial Officer for over 12 years and later as Chief Operating Officer, with oversight of Enterprise Markets and multiple corporate functions. As CEO, he guided P&G through strategic growth and structural transformation, including major M&A activity and business divestitures. Moeller serves on Boards, including Eli Lilly and the Alliance to End Plastic Waste, and is engaged in civic leadership in Cincinnati, including as Trustee Emeritus of the Cincinnati Art Museum.
