Shailesh Anant Mehendale Appointed as CFO of Sharda Cropchem

The Board of Sharda Cropchem Limited has approved the appointment of Shailesh Anant Mehendale as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from December 6, 2023. Also, the board has approved reappointing Sonal Desai as an Independent Director of the company. Mayur D. Parmar, the owner of M/s. M D Parmar & Associates, practicing company secretaries, has been appointed as the scrutinizer for conducting the e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner.

Shailesh Anant Mehendale is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI). He has over 25 years of experience. He has worked in different functions like accounts, finance, taxation, audit, and related areas.
