
Schroders Chair Elizabeth Corley To Join LSEG Board In Fourth Quarter Of 2025
The London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) has appointed Elizabeth Corley, Chair of British fund manager Schroders, as a Non-Executive Director. Corley is expected to join the LSEG Board in the fourth quarter of 2025, the group said in a statement on Friday.
Corley is also a Non-Executive Director of BAE Systems plc. She served as CEO of Allianz Global Investors from 2005 to 2016 and remained an advisor until 2019. Her earlier roles included positions at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, Coopers & Lybrand, and Sun Alliance. She is Chair Emerita of the Impact Investing Institute and a Director of the Green Finance Institute. Corley serves on the investment committee of the Leverhulme Trust and is a member of the CFA Future of Finance Advisory Council, AQR Asset Management Institute, the Committee of 200, and the 300 Club. She is a trustee of the British Museum, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and a published author of crime novels.
