Sayalee Yengul Succeeds Dayeeta Shrinivas Gokhale As Company Secretary Of Indigo Paints

Sayalee Yengul has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Indigo Paints Limited with effect from April 16, 2025.

Yengul succeeds Dayeeta Shrinivas Gokhale, who has resigned and will step down from the same position to pursue new opportunities for professional growth, with effect from February 18, 2025.

Yengul has over a decade of experience in Corporate Governance, legal affairs, and regulatory compliance for both listed and unlisted companies. Currently, she is serving at Goenka Group (Duncan Engineering Ltd.), having previously worked with Kirloskar Group, PN Gadgil Jewellers, and Baramati Agro Ltd. Her expertise includes SEBI regulations, board and shareholder meetings, legal documentation, litigation management, and intellectual property rights. Yengul is a Company Secretary and commerce graduate with a diploma in intellectual property rights from Pune University.
