Save the Date for India’s First Global Corporate Governance Summit 2025 at BSE: Crafting the Future of the Board
Shailesh Haribhakti, eminent Chartered Accountant, Board Icon, and Chairman of the Advisory Board at Board Stewardship; and Vikesh Wallia, Managing Director and Editor of Board Stewardship, announced the launch of ‘Board Stewardship Global Corporate Governance Summit’ on 2nd December 2025 and 3rd December 2025 at Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), Mumbai.
The venue for the Summit is provided by BSE as the Venue Partner. Scheduled for the two-day international conference, which will take place at the iconic BSE, will unite leading voices in Corporate Governance, sustainability, and board leadership under the central theme, “Crafting the Future of the Board.”
The summit is focused on rethinking the changing roles of Boards, in the context of fast-paced technology, regulation, and sustainable transitions, to elevate India`s presence in the global conversation of governance and the responsibilities of Board leadership.
Shailesh Haribhakti said that in a world defined by volatility, rapid technological advancement, and rising stakeholder expectations, boards today face an inflection point. They are being asked to deliver profitability with purpose, performance with principles, and progress with trust. The next decade will test not only the competence of directors but the very architecture of corporate governance itself.
Vikesh Wallia said that the event will attract over 300 participants across two days, and the Summit will also include the release of two White Papers, one in partnership with Deininger and Control Risk, while the second White Paper will be released in partnership with Search Value.
Distinguished speakers for the Summit are joining from India and abroad to deliver global best practices content for the participants. The program will feature plenary dialogues, case studies, live simulations, and interactive debates, offering participants an immersive learning experience. These sessions are designed to help Independent Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Regulators, and global governance experts anticipate risks, harness emerging technologies, and build resilient, transparent, and future-ready frameworks.
