Satish Kalmaste Succeeds Dinesh Srinivas Rao As CFO Of Talwalkars Better Value Fitness
Satish Kalmaste has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Limited, effective March 16, 2026. He has succeeded Dinesh Srinivas Rao, who has retired as CFO effective the above-mentioned date.
Further, Arvind Pradhan Bhanushali, Kurjibhai Premjibhai Rupareliya, Shilpa Singh, Priyanshu Sheth, and Jignesh R. Lasaniawala have been appointed as Managing Director (MD), Executive Director, Non-Executive Director, and Independent Directors, respectively, at the company.
Meanwhile, Vinayak Ratnakar Gawande, Madhukar Vishnu Talwalkar, Girish Madhukar Talwalkar, and Abhijeet Rajaram Patil have ceased to hold positions as Whole-Time Director, Whole-Time Director, MD, and Independent Director, respectively.
Additionally, Pooja Jain has been appointed as the Company Secretary at the company, effective March 16, 2026.
Kalmaste holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and has over 11 years of experience in accounts, finance, and income tax. Bhanushali is a professional with over 26 years of experience in digital marketing, movie marketing, business development, and leadership. He has worked extensively on film marketing campaigns in India and international markets. His expertise includes social media strategy and content marketing, with a focus on promoting films across platforms.
Jain is a qualified Company Secretary and holds a Master of Commerce degree from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. She has over three years of experience in secretarial functions. Rupareliya has over 44 years of experience across multiple business functions. He has worked on aligning business requirements with stakeholder needs and has been involved in managing different stages of the business life cycle. His experience includes developing integrated business operations, supporting sales growth, and introducing new services and products. He has also led teams with a focus on customer engagement and delivery, contributing to operational and organisational processes across roles.
