Satish Gundewar replaces B.K. Divakara as CFO of CSB Bank Ltd

The CFO of CSB Bank Limited, B.K. Divakara will step down from his position on June 4, 2023. Satish Gundewar will take over the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on June 5, 2023. He will be appointed as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Bank.

Gundewar has 28 years of finance experience, including financial reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking. He previously worked for YES Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and SBI Capital Markets. He holds memberships in several professional organisations and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Mumbai.
