Sanofi India’s Company Secretary Radhika Shah Has Resigned To Pursue Other Opportunities

Radhika Shah, Head of Legal and Company Secretary, has tendered her resignation from Sanofi India Limited to pursue other opportunities outside Sanofi. The effective date of her resignation will be communicated in due course.

Radhika Shah is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and she has over two decades of experience. In 2021, Shah joined Sanofi, and prior to joining the company, she worked with Asian Paints Ltd. and Reliance Communications (formerly Reliance Infocomm). She has completed her LLB from the University of Mumbai.
