Sanjeevani Redekar, CS of newly listed Udayshivakumar Infra Ltd quits

On May 2nd, 2023, Sanjeevani Redekar resigned from her position as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Udayshivakumar Infra Ltd. In her letter to the company management, she cited personal and medical reasons behind her resignation. Sanjeevani, 31 has completed both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in commerce from Karnataka University. She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has previously worked as a professional analyst for the Quality Council of India, as well as a company secretary for AKP Ferrocast Private Limited and Group Antolin India Private Limited. As the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, she was responsible for handling secretarial matters. She was appointed on August 25, 2022.

A road construction company Udayshivakumar Infra was incorporated in 2019. In March 2023 the company raised Rs66Cr through an IPO. The issue was a huge success and generated 15 times as much interest in the shares. However, it has disappointed investors by listing and trading below the issue price over the last month.
