Sanjeev Mantri Appointed as MD & CEO of ICICI Lombard

Sanjeev Mantri has been appointed as the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited for a period of 5 years. The appointment is with effect from December 1, 2023 to November 30, 2028 or the date of superannuation, whichever is earlier.

The Company has appointed several SMPs as KMPs with effect from December 1, 2023, Birendra Mohanty will serve as Head of Agency & SME, Bipin Mundada takes on the role of Head of Retail Product & Strategy, Nitin Khanna will lead the Motor Business, Vivek Srivastav is appointed as Head of Health Agency, Amar Joshi will oversee the Key Relations Group and Project Orion, and Sheena Kapoor assumes the position of Vice President in Marketing & Corporate Communication.

Vinod Philip, Head-Bancassurance, and Neha Gautam, Vice President-Platform Management, will no longer be considered Senior Management Personnel (SMPs) of the Company from December 1, 2023.
