Sanjeev Kumar Singh Appointed as CFO of GVK Power & Infrastructure

GVK Power & Infrastructure Limited’s Board of Directors have appointed Sanjeev Kumar Singh as the Chief Financial Officer, he will assume his role on September 26, 2023.

Sanjeev Kumar Singh is an experienced finance professional, with over 33 years of experience. He excels in financial procedures, modern accounting systems, budgeting, and cost reduction. Singh has been with the GVK Group since 2007, currently serving as a Senior Vice President (Finance & Accounts). In this role, he managed budgets, negotiated with banks, ensured compliance, and collaborated on business expansion. In his previous role, he also interacted with auditors, maintained operations, and prepared status reports for senior management and stakeholders. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics (Honors) from Banaras Hindu University and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
