Sanjay Srivastava & Pradeep Kelkar Transitioned To Chief Of Investment & Chief Of Audit At LIC, Respectively
Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, previously serving as Executive Director (Investment-Back Office), has assumed the role of Chief (Investment-Front Office) of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), effective April 7, 2025.
Pradeep Prabhakar Kelkar, who was Executive Director (Audit), has taken over as Chief (Audit) of LIC, effective April 7, 2025.
Srivastava joined LIC in 1990 as an Assistant Administrative Officer. He began his career in the Haldwani Division under the North Central Zone and has worked across various roles in the Northern, Central, and North Central Zones, as well as at the Central Office. He has handled responsibilities in marketing and administration and held key positions, including Senior Divisional Manager (I/C) at Jabalpur and Chandigarh and Marketing Manager at Indore Division. Srivastava holds a postgraduate degree in mathematics from the University of Lucknow and is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India.
Kelkar joined LIC in 1990 as an Assistant Administrative Officer. His experience includes positions such as Senior Branch Manager, Manager Sales, Marketing Manager, and Senior Divisional Manager (I/C) in Bilaspur and Vadodara Divisions. He also served as CEO of LIC Singapore Pte Ltd for three years and has worked with LIC Housing Finance Limited. Before assuming the role of Executive Director (Audit), he was serving as Chief (I/C) (Audit). Kelkar holds degrees in commerce and law.
