Sandur Manganese & Iron Ore Welcomes Neha Thomas As Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Sandur Manganese & Iron Ore Limited has appointed Neha Thomas as Senior Manager-Secretarial as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer designated as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from November 4, 2024.

Neha Thomas is a certified Company Secretary with six years of experience in corporate secretarial, governance, and regulatory compliance. Her career began with Titan Company Limited, then moved to BMP & Co. LLP. She was promoted to Senior Manager in 2024 after starting as Deputy Manager in 2021, where she contributed to important corporate activities, listings, and compliance functions. Neha has a master’s degree in business policy and Corporate Governance from IGNOU and a commerce degree from Christ University in Bengaluru.
