Sameer Bansal Appointed MD & CEO of PNB MetLife

PNB MetLife India Insurance Company Limited announced on June 6 that Sameer Bansal has been appointed as Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with effect from July 1, 2024. Some regulatory approvals are still pending.

Bansal joined the company in 2007 and has an overall experience of 23 years. Currently, he serves as the Chief Distribution Officer of the company and is also a member of the leadership team. Before PNB MetLife, Bansal worked with HDFC Bank, Bharti AXA, Aviva Life Insurance, and Royal Sundaram. He has completed his master’s from the International Management Institute and has earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology.
