Sajjan Jindal urges international cooperation to achieve net-zero objectives
Sajjan Jindal, Chair of B20 India Task Force on Energy, Climate Change and Resource Efficiency, has put forth four key recommendations to tackle climate change and promote clean energy. Speaking at the B20 Summit India 2023, he highlighted the urgency of addressing this issue despite the increasing reliance on fossil fuels.
Jindal stressed the need for global collaboration to achieve net zero goals while dealing with geopolitical challenges and energy crises. The B20 task force’s suggestions are as follows:
