S. Sridhar completes his term as Independent Director of Strides Pharma

S. Sridhar has completed his tenure as Independent Director of Strides Pharma Science Limited, with effect from the closing business hours of July 30, 2024. He has been associated with Strides since July 2012. He has been part of the Audit Committee since his appointment as Chairperson of the Committee in May 2014. He has also been a member of other board committees at Strides.

Sridhar retired as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Central Bank of India. He was also the Chairman and Managing Director of the National Housing Bank (NHB) and was awarded the Lord Aldington Banking Research Fellowship for the year 1984 by the Indian Institute of Bankers. He was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, U.K.
