S.A.L. Steel Appoints Mrinal Sinha And Nipa J. Shah As Directors

SAL Steel Limited has appointed Mrinal Sinha and Nipa Jairaj Shah as Whole-Time Director and Independent Director, respectively, with effect from November 12, 2024, and the Board has approved their appointment on December 28, 2024.

Sinha has more than 32 years of experience in sales, marketing, and operations management. He has expertise in analysing upcoming business trends and launching business plans for new market capital requirements, finalisation & examination of financial statements, audit reports, etc.

Shah has more than 5 years of experience in social management activities related to CSR and other social activities. She is also experienced in general administration, material management, and relationship management.
