Royal Orchid Hotels Appoints Venkata Pinisetti As Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Royal Orchid Hotels Limited has approved the appointment of Venkata Ramana Murthy Pinisetti as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director for two years commencing from October 9, 2024. Subject to shareholder approval.

Dr. Venkata Ramana Murthy Pinisetti is an HR and organisational development professional with over 35 years of experience in India, Europe, and the United States. He has previously held CXO positions at Fortune 500 firms such as Coca-Cola Company and Indian Hotels (TATA Group). After retiring, he launched Pinsight By PV, which focusses on leadership development and cultural transformation. Dr. Murthy is also an Independent Director of Zed Entertainment and a visiting professor at IIM Mumbai. His best-selling book, The Power of Humility, has received global recognition, and his case study on IHCL is taught at INSEAD and IIM Bangalore.
