Roshini Bakshi has retired as independent director of Persistent Systems

Roshini Bakshi, Independent Director of Persistent Systems Limited, has retired after completing her second five-year term with the company.

Since July 2014, Roshini Bakshi has served as an Independent Director at Persistent Systems and was recognised that same year as one of the Top 50 Powerful Women Managers in India by Impact Awards. She is currently the MD (Private Equity) of Everstone Capital Asia Pte. in Singapore and India, and has previously held executive positions at Walt Disney Company, Unilever, American Express, Mattel, and Polaris. She has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Delhi University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad. She actively helps St. Jude India Child Care Centres and mentors through Endeavour in Indonesia.
