Ritu Kaura resigned from Dish TV India’s Board

Dish TV India Limited informed the stock exchange that Ritu Kaura has resigned from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director of the Board and its Committees, with immediate effect on May 13, 2024.

In her resignation letter, Kaura informed the Board, “As per the code of conduct of my present company I cannot take up this assignment while I am employed with them.”

Ritu Kaura has over 27 years of experience overseeing mutual fund operations. Currently, Kaura holds the position of Assistant Vice President at CAMSFinserv, a subsidiary of CAMS. She has an extensive understanding of customer relationship management and customer value management principles. She earned her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law degrees from Delhi University in 1990, followed by an LLB in 1992 from the same institution. She has completed NISM Series V-A, II-B Modules and is pursuing a Diploma in “Training and Development” from ISTD, New Delhi.
