Repro India Appoints Arindam Ghosh As Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Repro India Limited has approved the appointment of Arindam Ghosh as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) with effect from August 30, 2024. Subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Ullal Ravindra Bhat and Mahalakshmi Ramadorai have completed their second term of 5 consecutive years each as Independent Directors and have accordingly ceased to be the Directors effective from August 30, 2024.

Arindam is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and he is a senior leader in the BFSI segment in India and the Asia Pacific, ranging from start-ups to large global organisations across asset management, wealth management, and NBFCs. He has nearly 3 decades of experience. He is presently the co-founder and the Director of Alphaniti Fintech Pvt. Ltd. Previously, he was associated with BlackRidge Capital Advisors as a Director and CEO. Arindam served Mirae Asset Global Investment Management Ltd. as Head of Asia Pacific Business Development and subsequently as CEO and Director of Mirae Asset India. He has also worked at Fidelity International Group as Associate Director. He has also been associated with organisations including Tata and AV Birla Group.
