Renuka Ramnath Retires As Independent Director Of Tata Communications

Renuka Ramnath retired as an Independent Director and Chairperson of the Board of Tata Communications Limited with effect from December 8, 2024. She is the founder and CEO of Multiples Asset Management Ltd.

Ramnath started her career at ICICI Group, where she held positions in e-commerce and investment banking. She then served as MD and CEO of ICICI Venture. Forbes, Economic Times, and Business Today have named her one of the “Most Powerful Women.” Along with being on the Board of Multiples’ Portfolio Companies, she is an Independent Director on several Boards, including Tata Communications Ltd. (Chair), Ultratech Cement, and L&T Technologies. Ramnath has done a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Mumbai and an Advanced Management Program (AMP) from Harvard Business School.
