Reckitt Chairman Chris Sinclair Retires, Jeremy Darroch To Take Over

British consumer goods company Reckitt (RKT.L) announced on Wednesday that Chris Sinclair, the current chairman, plans to retire after 7 years. Jeremy Darroch will succeed him at the end of the annual general meeting in May 2024.

This change in leadership follows other management shifts earlier this year. In August, Shannon Eisenhardt from Nike was appointed as the finance head, and Kris Licht was named CEO-designate.

Jeremy Darroch, who has been on the board of Marks and Spencer (MKS.L), joined Reckitt’s board as a senior independent non-executive director in November last year.
