Raymond Appoints Rashmi Mundada As Independent Director
Raymond Limited has appointed Rashmi Mundada as a Woman Independent Director (Additional Director) on its Board of Directors with effect from March 28, 2025.
Mundada, a Fellow Member of ICAI, has over 22 years of experience in auditing, taxation, business transformation, and risk management. She serves on the boards of five unlisted public companies. Raymond confirmed no familial ties between Mundada and any existing Director or Key Managerial Personnel.
