Ravindera Nahar Appointed As CFO Of Aditya Birla Money

The Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Money Limited has approved the appointment of Ravindera Nahar as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (CFO & KMP), effective January 24, 2025.

Nahar has 19 years of experience in corporate finance and risk management. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer at HDFC Securities, where he undertook various responsibilities, including stakeholder management, regulatory compliance with SEBI and exchanges, business development, budgeting, treasury and fund management, and process improvements. Over the years, he has held several positions at HDFC Securities, such as Head of Finance and Accounts, Head of Financial Reporting, and Manager of Risk Management. Nahar is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras, and has completed the Senior Leadership Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
