Ratna Dharashree Vishwanathan Reappointed Women Independent Director Of Dilip Buildcon

Dilip Buildcon has announced the reappointment of Ratna Dharashree Vishwanathan as a women Independent Director. The company has also reappointed Devendra Jain as a Director of the Company. Both appointments are made for a second consecutive term of 5 years with effect from March 30, 2024.

Ratna Dharashree has 31 years of diverse experience, including roles in microfinance, project management, human resources, and financial management. She is a member of the 1987 batch of the Indian Audit and Accounts Service and has served various government departments. Ratna held positions such as CEO of MFIN, where she established strong regulatory practices, and CEO of the Sustainable India Finance Facility, fostering private sector investment in areas like sustainable agriculture. She also has a Master’s Degree in English Literature and a Diploma in Environment and Third World Development.

Devendra Jain is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company and has over 21 years of construction experience He joined Dilip Builders in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
