Ranjitsinh B. Barad resigns from Adani Ports and SEZ Board

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd has announced the resignation of Director Ranjitsinh B. Barad on 23rd June 2023.

Ranjitsinh is the Chairman of the Gujarat Pollution Control Board and holds additional charge of the Vice Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Gujarat Maritime Board. He started his career in civil services as an Additional District Magistrate, in Surat, Gujarat. He has served as Chief Executive Officer – VUDA, Dy. Municipal Commissioner – Ahmedabad, Municipal Commissioner – Jamnagar, and Collector – Mahisagar. He has also worked at Vadodara as a Collector. Ranjitsinh B. Barad is an IAS officer of the 2006 batch. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Law and a Masters in Labour Welfare.
