Ramaswamy Subramanian Appointed as President – Private Equity of Bajaj Finserv

The Bajaj Finserv Limited’s Board of Directors appoints Ramaswamy Subramaniam as the President- Private Equity with effect from September 28, 2023. Ramaswamy Subramanians’ 28 years career covers a wide range of skills, including management, business strategy, investing, private equity, and turning around struggling businesses. Subramanian also excelled on the global stage, dealing with the challenges of international markets and strategies. In his corporate journey, he has worn various hats, such as advising CEOs and senior management at American Express, working as a banker at Goldman Sachs, and consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton. He’s worked across several locations around the world including New York, the San Francisco Bay Area, India, Australia, and Europe. In his previous role, he served as the CEO of Brand Capital and led the Investment Committee, playing a crucial role in expanding Brand Capital’s portfolio over the past four years. He holds an MBA, an MS in Civil and Transportation Engineering, and a BTech in Civil Engineering.
