Ramandeep Sahni Succeeds S. Sreenivasan As CFO Of Bajaj Finserv

Ramandeep Singh Sahni has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of Bajaj Finserv Limited with effect from February 01, 2025.

Sahni has succeeded S. Sreenivasan, who has stepped down from the position of CFO, effective January 31, 2025, but will continue in a leadership and supervisory role as President of Insurance and Special Projects.

Sahni has been with the BFS Group for over 11 years. He joined in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. (BALIC) and later took over as CFO at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. (BAGIC). Before joining the BFS Group, he spent 12 years at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. in senior roles in internal audit and finance. With over 25 years of experience across the insurance sector, a Big 4 firm, and independently managed businesses, he has held leadership roles in both life and general insurance. Ramandeep is a Chartered Accountant, a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

Sreenivasan was the Chief Financial Officer of Bajaj Finserv Limited for over 10 years. As part of the senior management team, he managed long-term strategy, operational plans, capital management, investor relations, and Corporate Governance. He played a role in the transformation of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance and Bajaj Allianz General Insurance and serves as a Non-Executive Director on their Boards. He is also the Chairman of Bajaj Financial Securities Ltd., and Bajaj Finserv Ventures Ltd. With a career spanning 38 years, he has expertise in corporate strategy, portfolio management, insurance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial systems. Sreeni is a B.Sc. Physics graduate from the University of Kerala, holds an MBA from IIM Kolkata, and is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
