Raju Lal Appointed as Independent Director of Orient Electric

Orient Electric Limited’s Board of Directors agreed to appoint Raju Lal as an Additional Director in the Independent Director category for 5 years, with effect from October 11, 2023.

Raju Lal has over 30 years of experience in capturing profitable business opportunities and motivating talented, cross-functional teams of large numbers of employees. He has completed several certification programmes, including the Harvard EY Journey to the Board Room, IIM-A’s Advanced Management Programme, EY Market Leadership at IMD Business School in Switzerland, and the Advanced Management Programme from Kellogg School of Management. He has experience working at Ernst & Young, TCS, and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation. He’s a chartered accountant and a fellow member of the ICAI.
