Rajesh Keswani Appointed As Vice President Of Works At JK Lakshmi Cement
JK Lakshmi Cement Limited has appointed Rajesh Keswani as Vice President (VP) of Works, Rajpal Singh Shekhawat as Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Works, and Sanjeeva Kumar Jha as Head of CSR & Sustainability, effective February 3, 2026.
Keswani has over 30 years of experience across cement, thermal power, and solar power plants. His work spans plant operations, maintenance, projects, power management, quality, safety, human resources, finance, and statutory compliance. He has led integrated cement plants with responsibility for operations, budgeting, and cost management. His background also includes team leadership, safety practices, and project execution within defined timelines and costs. Keswani holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, a master’s degree in business administration (MBA), and is a BEE-certified Energy Manager and Auditor.
Shekhawat is a cement industry professional with over 23 years of experience in cement manufacturing, plant operations, and project management. His work has focused on process optimisation, capacity expansion at existing plants, alternative fuel utilisation, and sustainability-related initiatives. He has been involved in projects aimed at improving plant performance and aligning manufacturing operations with environmental and regulatory requirements in the cement sector. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from MNIT Jaipur and a master’s degree in manufacturing management from BITS Pilani.
Jha is a member of the National Sustainability Committee of the Indian Chambers of Commerce and the Decarbonisation Committee of the Cement Manufacturers’ Association. He has over 25 years of experience in CSR and sustainability roles and has worked on multiple projects in these areas. Jha is an IICA-certified ESG Professional (Impact Leader) and a CII-certified Sustainability Assessor. Jha is a postgraduate in economics with a specialisation in rural development and holds an MBA in operations management.
