Rajesh Gandhi, Devanshu Gandhi & Janmajay Gandhi Redesignated As Non-Executive Directors Of Vadilal Industries
Rajesh R. Gandhi, Devanshu L. Gandhi, and Janmajay V. Gandhi have been redesignated from Executive Directors to Non-Executive Directors of Vadilal Industries Limited, with effect from the effective date.
Rajesh R. Gandhi has been associated with the company since its inception, bringing extensive hands-on experience in the ice-cream and processed foods business. Over the years, he has managed diverse functions across multiple divisions. In the ice-cream segment, he has overseen production, logistics, and procurement of capital goods and deep freeze machines, along with sales, marketing, exports, and Happinezz Parlours. For the processed foods division, he has handled exports, domestic sales, international freight, and government subsidies. His responsibilities have also included sales, marketing, and legal aspects of the construction business. Additionally, he has supervised finance, accounts, taxation, internal audit, HR, legal, insurance, systems, DGFT, and other key functions at the head office, ensuring comprehensive leadership.
Devanshu L. Gandhi has been associated with the company since its inception, bringing extensive hands-on experience in the ice-cream and processed foods business. In the ice-cream division, he has managed domestic sales and marketing, overseen government subsidies for ice-cream plants, and monitored refrigeration service expenses. For the processed foods division, his responsibilities have included production, purchase, works, QC, and R&D. He has also contributed to the construction division through land and material procurement, project commissioning, and legal oversight. In addition, he has handled the forex division (FFMC and consultancy services), along with human resources and personnel administration.
Janmajay V. Gandhi is a business leader with extensive experience in finance, strategy, accounting, legal, administration, and investment. He holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Technology, Sydney. From 2008 to 2013, he was associated with Vadilal Chemicals Ltd., where the company recorded notable growth under his leadership, reflecting his strategic vision and management capability. His focus on growth, innovation, and excellence continues to guide the Vadilal Group’s journey of expanding into a global brand while retaining its strong heritage.
