Rajeev Kakar Resigned As Independent Director Of UTI Asset Management

Rajeev Kakar, Non-Executive Independent Director of UTI Asset Management Company Limited, has tendered his resignation on December 10, 2024. Accordingly, he also ceases to be the Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and a member of the Unitholder Protection Committee, Audit Committee, Digital Transformation Committee, and ESG Committee.

Kakar is a member of the Global Advisory Board at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Currently, he is on the Board of CIB Egypt (Commercial International Bank) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Earlier in his career, he has worked with the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Gulf International Bank, Eurobank Ergasias SA, Fullerton Financial Holdings, and many others. He has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
