Raj Kumar Dubey appointed as the Director of HR at BPCL

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has announced the appointment of Raj Kumar Dubey as the company’s Director (Human Resources) effective May 1, 2023. With over 34 years of experience in business and human capital development, Dubey has implemented various strategic organisational development initiatives and change management processes across multiple business verticals and regions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Allahabad, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the International Centre for Promotion of Enterprises in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Dubey has been instrumental in promoting customer-centricity in the Fuel Retailing Channel by introducing and marketing unique products and premium fuels.
