Rain Industries’ Independent Director Radhika Haribhakti resigns

Radhika Vijay Haribhakti has stepped down as Independent Director of Rain Industries Limited, effective June 11, 2023. With over three decades of experience in Commercial and Investment Banking, she has worked with esteemed organizations such as Bank of America, JM Morgan Stanley, DSP Merrill Lynch, and RH Financial. Radhika is actively involved in promoting Women’s Empowerment, Financial Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. She holds positions as an Independent Director on multiple corporate boards and has dedicated 18 years to nonprofit organisations. Radhika’s banking career includes advising large corporations and leading various financial offerings such as IPOs, FPOs, GDRs, and ADRs.
