Rahul Jain Set To Step Down As President & CFO Of SRF

Rahul Jain, President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of SRF Limited, has resigned to pursue his career outside the organisation, effective December 12, 2025.

Jain has been associated with SRF for over a decade. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial planning. He has extensive expertise in treasury and cash management, FX and interest rate management, offshore fundraising, private equity, and foreign currency convertible bonds. He has also played a key role in mergers and acquisitions and their integration processes. At SRF, he leads the company’s financial strategy, overseeing treasury, investor relations, accounting, tax, secretarial, and internal audit functions. He also manages the risk management framework, ensuring robust control systems, insurance coverage, and effective governance through the audit committee of the Board.
